DUTIES & CUSTOMS
Please be aware that we are a UK company and are shipping your order to you from the UK.
International shipments do at times attract Import Duties and Taxes according to your country's import tax policies. This is something that we have no control over and you will be required to pay. During our checkout, you will have the following options:
- Pay duty & tax directly to us with your order and we pay this when we book the shipment for your order. You will be provided with a breakdown of the duty and tax amounts along with your shipping options.
- Opt to pay only shipping costs to us, and the carrier will contact you directly once your parcel is in transit to collect duty & tax from you.
If you opt to pay duty and tax during transit, the amount we estimate is subject to change during transit. Any dispute about the amount must be made locally/ directly to the carrier; we cannot dispute this for you.
If you do not pay these taxes, your items may be destroyed and you will still be liable for these payments.
If your order is returned to us, any fees incurred will be deducted from your refund.
